I promise it takes less than 10 minutes to make! All you need to do is keep a jar of Tahini (sesame paste) and a can of chickpeas in your pantry and you are sorted to entertain whenever you have unexpected visits.
I usually add a special touch sprinkling Sumac on the top of it. It's awesome!
Now Repeat with me: I shall never buy Hummus again... I shall never buy Hummus again. :-)

Ingredients
- 1 Can Chickpeas (400g) drained and rinsed
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/4 Cup good quality olive oil
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 Teaspoons Tahini
- Salt to Taste
- Add all the ingredients to the food processor bowl
- Process until almost smooth
