Baked Brie
Lovely Untamed Friends, I have been a bit in slow motion with the blog lately and to finally kickoff our 2014 transmissions I will leave you today with a lil' perfect something to dazzle any last minute guest.

Place a Brie cheese on a Microwave safe dish, top with a generous tablespoon full of Apricot jam and put it in the microwave for 30sec-1min, until Brie and Jam are soft.

Spread a bit the jam on the top and garnish with thyme and walnuts - so easy, pretty and simply fabulous served with crusty bread.

It also works well with honey or orange jam.
