It is also one of the very few things I use the microwave for and can be easily be made in the office during the coffee break ;-)

5 Min Mug Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 Tablespoons self raising flour
- 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 Tablespoons milk
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter
- 3 Tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Divide the batter between two microwave proof mugs
- Microwave them for 1:30-2 min - the top should be firm but it should still be gooey inside, it is not going to be completely set as a cake. Time will vary according to your microwave.
- Let it cool down and set for 10 min before serving (if you can!)
